UAB „AUTORIDAS“ was founded in 2005. August 24 started its activity after reorganization of UAB MARBETA by way of division and as part of the rights, and the successor of the property started servicing the suburban route Marijampolė – Pagraužiai. The fleet of the established company consisted of 2 buses, 5 employees. The company has developed, developed and is currently carrying passengers not only on five local routes but also on charter and special flights.

UAB „AUTORIDAS“ headquartered in Kalvaria (Nėries St. 31). Marijampolė, Gėlyno Street 11 is the company’s technical base, where technical repair of buses, pre-medical check-ups of crews is carried out.

Passengers are subject to state discounts and discounts for passengers of all ages and social status – young people, students, children, pensioners, the disabled, and discounts for groups of passengers on charter flights. Every one of our passengers is insured.

The main goal and the most important task is to safely, quickly and comfortably bring customers to their desired location, to improve the quality of passenger service by improving the qualification of the employees, improving the routes, acquiring newer buses, meeting customer needs.

UAB Autoridas owns 100 percent of shares of one shareholder R. Grinevičius, who is also the manager of the company. The authorized capital of the Company is 22317.12 EUR divided into 224 ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of 99.63 Eur.
